Shipping || Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. We offer returns on most items, excluding socks, tights, hosiery, intimates, final sale items, or any item labeled non-returnable. Store credit or exchange is available for  discounted/sales items. Refunds are available for any regular, non-discounted item. We do not offer refunds on discounted items.

Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds, store credit, and exchanges. 

Request a return or FREE exchange by clicking here. For exchanges, please include a note with your desired exchange item(s). First exchange is free and we provide your return label. Additional exchanges paid by customer. Return shipping for a refund request is the responsibility of the customer. Upon approval of your request, you will be sent return instructions and our return address.

Please read our policies below:

- Returns must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags (if your return is worn, we cannot offer a refund or exchange) 

- All items marked final sale are not refundable or returnable

- Discount code/sale items are exchange or store credit only, excluding orders made with our welcome discount for new email subscribers

-Preorder items are exchange/store credit only

- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make a return/request an exchange.

- Additional exchanges are $8 and include a return label

If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not provide return or exchange shipping service for international orders. Please mail your return/exchange within the 14 day window and use a method that has a tracking number when mailing your return.

Exchanges: We will invoice you the international charges for shipping and once it is paid, we will ship your exchange item(s). Email us the tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for customs fees or duties. Please be aware of your country's fees.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Free shipping within the USA on orders of $250+ and $32 shipping (up to 5 kilos) for anywhere else in the world that USPS allows, retail customers only.

Adding Priority or Express Mail at checkout will not ensure your order ships the same day, but it will put your order ahead of others; many of our items are dyed to order. Most orders ship within 5 business days, if we are dyeing pieces it may take longer and we will let you know. Preorder items ship as product description reads. Rates may increase if another service provider is utilized.
